• Location Information: The App collects and uses your device's location to facilitate attendance tracking for employees when they are at their designated work locations. This includes background location tracking to ensure that the employee is on their work location or place.
• Profile Information: We collect and store information provided by you when you update your profile within the App. This may include but is not limited to your full name, date of birth, contact information, NID, photo, national address, and religion.
• Job and Leave Requests: When you submit requests for job assignments or leave through the App, we collect and store the necessary information to process and track these requests.
• Document Uploads: We may collect and store documents uploaded by you, such as certificates and national address documents, for verification and record-keeping purposes.
• Contract and Joining Letter: If applicable, we may collect your electronic signature for contract and joining letter documents submitted through the App.
